About the Role
Kugelblitz Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Intern to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will work closely with the Implementation, Product, Development, and Client teams to support the successful implementation of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Implementation team in configuring and deploying software solutions as per client requirements.
- Understand and document client requirements and business processes.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and Support teams for implementation-related activities.
- Assist in data validation, system configuration, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Identify, document, and follow up on implementation issues.
- Support client onboarding and provide assistance during implementation.
- Prepare implementation documents, reports, and user guides.
- Participate in client discussions and requirement clarification meetings.
- Track implementation tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Provide post-implementation support and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, NBFC or Banking domain only
- MBA Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of software applications like LOS, LMS, BRE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
