About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our Quality Assurance team. The selected candidates will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, designing and executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring the overall quality of the product.
Candidates with strong manual testing fundamentals and basic exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with good testing knowledge and a willingness to learn can also be considered for Manual QA positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Design, review and execute test cases based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity and retesting activities.
- Test web and mobile applications across different scenarios.
- Identify, document and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform defect verification and regression testing after bug fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and other team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups and Retrospectives.
- Maintain test documentation and testing status reports.
- Contribute to improving testing processes and overall product quality.
- For automation roles, develop and maintain automated test scripts and support the automation framework.
Required Skills – Manual QA
- Good understanding of Software Testing Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
- Good understanding of Test Scenario and Test Case Design.

- Retesting
- Exploratory Testing – basic
- Understanding of Defect/Bug Life Cycle.
- Good knowledge of Web Application Testing.
- Basic understanding of Mobile Application Testing.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Jira or similar defect-management tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Automation Knowledge – Basic
For Manual QA candidates, the following are good to have but not mandatory at an advanced level:
- Basic knowledge of Selenium or Playwright.
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts such as:
- Variables
- Conditions
- Loops
- Functions
- Basic OOP concepts
Freshers with strong manual testing fundamentals can be considered.
Required Skills – QA Automation Engineer
In addition to manual testing fundamentals, the Automation QA candidate should have:
- Hands-on or basic practical experience with Selenium or Playwright.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Understanding of automation test script development.
- Knowledge of locators/selectors.
- Assertions and validations.
- Waits and synchronization.
- Basic understanding of Page Object Model (POM).
- Basic understanding of test automation frameworks.
- Basic knowledge of API Testing and tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant QA/testing certifications or practical project experience are welcome.
- Freshers can apply for Manual/Automation QA positions.
